Placing an advert on SpanishHouses4U.com is a fairly painless process, but just in case you need a helping hand or are curious about the "whole online-selling-thing" we've provided this guide. If you can not understand any of the adverts on this site because they are in a different language then Copy the contents and click the translate Link (in the site menu on the left) and paste it into the Google translate or click here: 
select the language you require and the advert will be translated!
Step One – Registration
Before you can advertise on the site you need to register your details with us. This is for legal reasons and to ensure that your contact details can be displayed with your property, after all it’s no good placing an advert if the buyer can’t get hold of you.
In order to register you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please read through these and only select the agree checkbox if you understand and agree with them.
The registration form includes several fields that are mandatory these are indicated where appropriate.
Step Two – Logging on
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a notification email that will include your login details. These can be used in the private sales section of the site to gain access to the advertising system.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to place new adverts as well as manage existing ones.
Step Three – Composing your Advert
As with the registration form the several required fields, please enter only valid and honest information in these fields.
The Description field is your opportunity to highlight some of the outstanding features of your property so make the most of it.
It is also possible to upload up to six images in the JPEG format (the image format used by most digital cameras). The dimensions should be between 640x480 and 1024x768.
(Please note you can send us an XML feed or CSV file or Spread Sheet with all your listings on).
Step Four – Previewing your advert and making payment
Before you part with your hard-earned cash, you can preview your advert by clicking on the Continue button.
When the preview window pops up please be sure to double-check the details and if you are not happy with the results click on the Amend Advert button which will close the preview window and return you to the advert composition window.
If you are pleased with the way your advert will appear and sure all of the details are correct you can click on the Place advert button. Doing so will return you to the main window and then take you to the secure PayPal payment system. You can use one of many payment options that are available. When the payment process has been completed you will be informed by the final screen and then later by email. At this point you advert will be registered on the SpanishHouses4u.com system – Congratulations!
